What is your primary product or service?
Wheelchair accessible vans - for sale and for rent. We also have handicap driving adaptive equipment, scooter lifts, wheelchair lifts, and wheelchair tie-downs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The company began as a one location upfitter of full-size vans that added lifts and lowered floors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on providing quality service, quality vehicles and knowledgeable mobility consultants who take the time to learn about the individual’s needs - making sure they are getting the right solution for their situation, type of wheelchair (or scooter) and travel requirements.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 24 consumer locations in 12 states. We will be adding more locations in the future. Our Commercial Division has clients throught the entire country.
Provide detailed directions to your location
The Akron store is located on Moe Drive, just off of Home. From the North, take Rt. 8 South to the Howe Ave. exit and turn left (East) towards Home Ave/Main Street. Take a right at the light and go South about one mile to Moe Drive. From the South, clients heading North can take Rt. 8 and exit at E. Tallmadge Ave. Go right t the light on E. Tallmadge (East) for about a mile until you reach the light at Home Ave. Make a left on Home Ave. Moe Drive will be at a light on the right hand side about a half mile down. Our address is 810 Moe Drive, the second building on the right.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards and check.
Which areas do you service?
Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Youngstown, Medina, Parma and all of Northeastern Ohio
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bill Koeblitz is the President/CEO. His business partner is Taylor Clark who runs our Commercial Division.
What are your hours of operation?
8AM-5PM wekdays and 9AM-1PM on Saturday.
