How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested when the opportunity in the business presented itself ! The owner is an Michigan State Alumni member and has worked in sales and management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Lumberjack's has always excelled in customer service. We've seen many, many competitors come and go and we believe we have survived due to our customer oriented practices. Our sales staff is some of the best in the industry with literally decades of experience in kitchen designing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and expansion isn't currently on the table, but is always a possibility.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located at 723 E. Tallmadge Ave in Akron OH, 44310. We are on the intersection of Home Avenue and Tallmadge Avenue.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC, Discover, A EX, Checks, and of course cash!
Which areas do you service?
Northeast Ohio. We also do quite a bit of business in IN, MI, PA, KY, and Wv.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jack Allen is the owner and Todd Allen runs operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8 am to 5pm, Thursday 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Closed Sunday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
They are happy with our product, installation, price and most importantly our knowledge and service to the customer.
