A little over 20 years ago, I received my first massage and I walked away from that thinking "Wow, if I could allow people to feel how I am feeling right now, this is what I want to for a living". Went to school, received my license and quit my job of 25 years to open Connecting Touch
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Exceptional (over the top) customer service. Greeting our clients at their car with an umbrella if it is raining, A warm neck wrap to start their relaxing experience. Offering gourmet coffee and herbal tea. And, of course, highly trained and all licensed massage therapists on staff.
